Here are some easy and simple steps on how to build go cart for your kids:What you need:
- Steel tubing: both round and square for the frame
- Sets of 4 wheels: about 1 ft. diameter with ball bearing
- One set sprockets and chain
- Steering wheel, brakes and brake levers
- Kiddy chair, pedals
What to do:
a. Form a layout of your designed size.
b. Bring the steel tubing to the steel cutting and welding shop.
c. Once the frame is ready, connect each part together and attached the others components starting with the sets of 4 wheels with bearing and brakes.
d. Attach next the one set sprockets and chain to the frame.
e. As soon everything is attached, test all movable parts - the steering wheel, the wheels, the sprockets and chain - and adjust should it’s either tight or loose.
f. If everything is perfect, attached the kiddy chair, the pedals and the other accessories you wish to add.
